U.S. Issues Preliminary Antidumping Duty Results on Stainless Steel Plate in Coils from Belgium

On June 4, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023.

According to the Federal Register notice, the review covered one producer/exporter: Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. Based on available data, the Department preliminarily determined that no dumping margin applies for the period under review. As a result, a 0.00% weighted-average dumping margin is assigned to Aperam.
